Mission Statement

The Buffalo Flash is a family-owned professional women's soccer franchise, created to provide women across the world an opportunity to better themselves in a professional, winning set-up, that strives to be the best. All the while providing a positive environment that fosters improved self confidence and self esteem through soccer - not only for the athletes, but also for the community, for which it provides female role models.
